In short: Breathe Flow does not collect, keep on a server or share any personal data. All your data stays on your device.

Introduction

This Privacy Policy tells you what happens to your information when you use the Breathe Flow app for iPhone and iPad (the “App”) and this website.

Data we collect

We do not collect any personal data. The App has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. It does not send information about you or your device to us or to third parties.

Data stored on your device

The App saves a small number of items only on your device, so that it can remember your choices and your progress:

Your reminder time and days
If haptic feedback is on
If eyes-closed mode is on
Your preferred session length
If saving to Apple Health is on
The breathing sessions that you finished (technique, length and time), to show your streak and history

This data does not leave your device. When you delete the App, this data is deleted too.

Notifications

If you turn on the daily reminder, the App asks for permission to send notifications. The App schedules the reminders on your device. No notification data goes through our servers.

Apple Health

Apple Health is off by default. If you turn it on in Settings, the App saves each breathing session that you finish as Mindful Minutes in the Health app on your device.

The App only writes these sessions. It never reads your health data. You can turn this off in the App or in the Health app at any time. The sessions that the App saved stay in the Health app until you delete them there. This is also true after you delete the App.

The Support screen in the App has a link to Buy Me a Coffee. If you open it, that website and its privacy policy apply.

Information from Apple

Apple gives developers some App Store and crash information, but only from users who agree to share it with developers in their device settings. This information is combined and does not identify you. For more information, read Apple’s privacy policy.

This website

This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking. Vercel hosts the website. To send the pages to your browser, Vercel’s servers process technical data such as your IP address, as described in Vercel’s privacy policy. We do not use this data to identify you.

Children’s privacy

The App does not collect personal information from any person, and this includes children under the age of 13.

Changes to this policy

We can change this Privacy Policy. When we do, we put the new version in the App and on this page, and we change the “Last updated” date.
